the old man's club

Guess what David got in the mail today?

Bahahahahahaha! This is right up there with the Eisenhower moment.

He is so special, he gets gifts like that when it isn't even his birthday.

You are definitely a keeper, old man!!!

I wouldn't change a single thing about you. Especially your graying eyebrows and bald head.

I would even fight for you.

Those grannies and their wimpy canes don't stand a chance against my mad nunchuck skillz.

The first time my husband gets on of those I am going to go check for ear hair. Ha-ha! What a good sport!

Hilarious!!! This one goes down as one of the funniest things to happen to folks, I think. When they get "the card."

So, does this mean you can get a Senior Discount at Publix if he goes with ya? Just whip out the card and say, "see, they think he's 60." Let me know if it works.

Still laughing....

I don't think you can really call him old until he starts wearing the transitional lens bifocals . . . hmmmm ~ just sayin'

So, he's going to use it though, right? They sent it to him fair and square. I'd love to see people at the cash registers squinting at him, afraid to ask just how old he really is. :-)

Your man don't have nothin on me... hehehe. I've been getting those for years and I'm only 44. AND, about a year ago, I got asked at 3 or 4 different thrift stores if I qualified for the "senior discount" I told the gal that if they were going to ask me, they'd better give it to me because I was NO where near 55 or 60! Funny, I've always been told I look younger than I am until then. And haven't been asked since then...must have been a bad month LOL!

That's funny. My poor old man gets offers for a scooter chair in the mail! He is only 44! I tease him terribly about it though! lol

How funny! I am over a year older than my husband and he NEVER lets me forget it. I can only imagine the ribbing I'll be getting one day when that comes in the mail for me:)
You two make a cute couple!

I got an AARP mailer once a few years ago. Though, I think I got it as a mistake because I was half the usual age limit at the time...

Glad it's not just me. I got one of these last year for my 40th.
This year for my 41st Sunset offered me a senior discount on a subscription.
