You can tell from the tears of joy that Samuel truly is the one that they have been praying and waiting for. God is so good to give us the desires of our heart!

Sweet little Samuel looks like he's really thinking some deep, profound thoughts! :) What a blessing that he will be raised in a home where the Lord Jesus will be taught and lived.

That brow is indeed furrowed! He looks as though he's thinking, "Well, that's an interesting face! I wonder why it's different?" I mean about the camera. :^)
