Lucy Grey

I have baby on the brain.

Not just any baby, but this one.

My newest niece Lucy Grey!

She loves me.

But not as much as I love her.

I love her so much, I shared her. :)

Now there is only one sibling that is not a mommy yet, although she is a super-dee-duper aunt! Lord willing, it won't be long until she joins our ranks. (No pressure, Bobo!)

Hey y'all, wouldn't it be fun if we were all prego at the same time? I wonder if Coco will have any more babies? I bet my mom would go crazy trying to figure out the logistics of visiting and making miyuk gook!

(No, I'm not prego... yet.)

Lucy's middle name is Grey. I can picture her writing out her name when she is older. Wouldn't it look lovely in cursive all loopy with the y's?

Her current nickname is Lulu.

Her mommy Leah's nickname is Lele.

Doesn't Lele look AMAZING? Hard to believe she gave birth just a few days before!

We always knew Jason and Lele would be fabulous parents. They are naturals (even if they are slightly nervous about baby poop and spitup).

We thought that Lulu would look more like Lele.

Right now, she looks a lot like her daddy-- they even have matching hair!

I can't wait until March when we'll all get together again!

*disclaimer: this post was written at 1am after a weekend of waking up every 2 hours to change a precious baby's diaper, have her mommy feed her, and then settling her back to sleep. i can already tell that some of what i'm saying is rambly and non-sensical and more akin to my normal writing than i would like to admit. :)

Oh, she is precious! I love her name, it has such a great ring to it. I pray your "yet" turns into "I am".

She's beautiful and amazing. What a sweet picture of you and your sisters! Seaweed soup! That's all the hospital wanted to feed me when I had Addison--I just couldn't stomach it (I'm a total wimp) although I've heard that soup can really boost milk production. :)

Hey, at least you had the wits about you to write that disclaimer there. I have a bunch of cut off sentences. :P I "THINK" I'm caught up on my sleep. *yawn*. Or am I? Can't wait to see you in March! I love you! Oh, and it would be fun to all be preggo at the same time. Only problem would be that I don't know that we would see each other for a while.

I love your rambly post, too :) Oh, and you know I'm ready to join the ranks! We're just waiting for a little cooperation from the Air Force. It would be so cool to all be prego together! But Coco is right--we wouldn't see each other so much and that would make me tres sad :( Wow, my comment is a lot like your post--kind of all over the place :) I love you!

What in incredibly beautiful baby girl! How fun you all must have had! She does look like her daddy. we must have more dark hair on my husbands side, cause all my 1/4 girls came out with tons of black hair. I LOVE her name. So perfect!

Christine, you will just have to stair step it by a couple of months each. That way all the kids would still be relatively the same age! ;-)

We were wondering what the Lulu was short for. I love the name Lucy Grey! So Jane Austin-ish.

How wonderful and precious is that sweet little one.

Sniff her for me (Asian style) :)

Know you are so blessed to have sisters...

I meant sniff the baby not Lele-- that would just be plain weird!

Lulu is precious! Her hair is just gorgeous, too. She looks like she is the perfect not-too-big-but-not-too-small size. :)
